General Mociulschi - The first Decree signed by the Romanian Prime Minister (1919)

Romanian Kingdom. The Ministry of War. Certificate. The Secretary of State at the Department of Defense make known to the second lieutenant Mociulschi Leonard, from the "VIII Dragos" 29th Infantry Regiment, that according to the High Decree No.1867 from the 27th of July 1915 he was advanced to the rank of first lieutenant beginning with the 1st of August 1915 in the same regiment and it was given the order to be recognized in this last rank beginning with the date above. The first rank of officer conferred to Leonard Mociulschi by the Romanian Prime Minister, I.C. Bratianu (1915). This unvaluable certificate there is also at the National Military Museum "King Ferdinand I" from Bucharest.
